These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, www.camelcards.com (“the website”) and relate to all orders which you, the customer, place using this website.

By visiting the website you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement and such other policies as we notify you of from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

There may be times when we make updates or amends to our terms and conditions, please therefore make sure that you review these terms every time you visit the website. The website is easy to browse and for the majority of the site you will not need to register. However, to view some pages you will have to be registered with camelcards.com. By using the Camel Cards website, you agree not to use it in any unlawful way, directly or indirectly.

The contract between us

We use reasonable methods to ensure that every product on the website is shown accurately and that our prices are correct.

When you place an order with us on the website, you will receive an acknowledgment of this order via email. By completing the online checkout process, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted only once we have dispatched your card. A ‘purchase contract’ between you and Camel Cards is made at the point of despatch, not at the point of payment. In the event that you have to cancel your order, or if for any reason we cannot accept your order, no purchase contract would have been made.

There may be times that we cannot accept your order. Reasons for this can include but are not limited to:

  1. Payment has not been authorised
  2. Out of stock
  3. Product description error
  4. Pricing error
  5. Copyright infringement in the personalisation of the card.
  6. Criteria in the terms and conditions are not met.
  7. Personalisation contains content, which is threatening, slanderous, obscene, crude, seditious, offensive, pornographic, could incite racial hatred, discriminatory, blasphemous, in breach of privacy.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Colours, Specifications and Dimensions of Products

We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.


With the speed and high quality of service that Camel Cards offers, we send your cards immediately for production. You must therefore double-check your order when placing it and also check the order acknowledgement email. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cards where there has been a spelling mistake by you. If you have made a mistake on your order, firstly go to your ‘Account’ on the website and check the status of your order You can make amends to your order, IF on the order history page, the order status is showing as ‘order received’. Unfortunately, if the status reads ‘order printing’ or ‘order dispatched’ then we will not be able to make any changes

If you want to add that special touch to your card by adding a photo, we recommend that any photo be uploaded as a JPEG file. To maximise the quality of the image, we recommend image dimensions at 1,000 pixels.

More than one Card

Whether you have party invites that you want to send out or if you want to send your Christmas cards through Camel Cards, do not worry as you can send multiple cards. The cards will be dispatched on the same day, but please be aware that they may arrive in separate packages.


You may pay for your order on-line by supplying either your credit card or your debit card details. When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for this amount. If we get a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Camel Cards also operate a prepaid system, which you can use to pay for your cards. This option allows you to upload funds into a Camel Cards account as an advance payment. This is referred to as ‘prepay’. At the checkout stage, you can select to use your ‘prepay’ funds to pay instead of paying via a credit or debit card. A discount on the purchase price may be available when using this method of payment.

Camel Cards does not store any credit or debit card details. Any details you supply are encrypted and not stored with Camel Cards. They are passed through our secure Payment Gateway Service Provider, Innovate Payments for authorisation.

We will remind you of your balance

If you forget about your ‘prepay’ credit, we will send you an email reminder if you have not placed an order with us in 6 months. If you do not order a card within 24 months, your account will be marked inactive and your ‘prepay’ credit will expire.


If your order is received before 5pm it will be printed and despatched the same evening

Day 1: Aramex will attempt to deliver next day. If nobody is available to receive and sign for package it will return to depot.

Day 2: Aramex will phone recipient on their mobile which has been supplied by you on the delivery form. Once contact is made a delivery time will be set for next day delivery.

Day 3: Aramex will deliver as per set time specified in phone call. If recipient is still not available during this time, the package will return to depot.

Day 4: Aramex will attempt two more phone calls and two more delivery attempts before the delivery is null and void and the card will not be delivered.

Cancellations and returns

Your card purchases with camelcards.com should arrive in perfect condition. Occasionally, problems can arise where the item was damaged during delivery or the product is faulty or incorrect. In these instances, please email us at enquiries@camelcards.com and we will be able to advise you on whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement card.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at enquiries@camelcards.com. Since we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If there is a fault with your card, we will ask you to send it back to us within three days of you receiving it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Refunds will be reimbursed to the card you paid with. If you paid via your prepay account, we will reimburse the money to your account. It is not our policy to offer a refund AND resend the card. There will be no refunds for faults caused by you such as spelling mistakes or quality of photos.

Availability of items and substitution

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:

  • Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item.
  • Or, if we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

Incorrect items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact us at enquiries@camelcards.com as soon as possible and we will arrange collection. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.


We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

  • items we delivered to you in error;
  • items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect;
  • items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply;

Until you return such items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them.

Limit of Liability

Camel Cards will exercise the utmost care when receiving orders via our website and when executing product orders through to delivery. We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions in the event that our actions result in gross negligence or wilful misconduct and provided those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the point we sent the dispatch confirmation e-mail to you).

We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub- contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.

All information, illustrations, products and services are offered without any guarantee as to their reliability or suitability for a particular purpose. We accept no liability for any losses resulting from the use of information, illustrations, products or services obtained through the website.

Our liability to you under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed your total purchase price. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our gross negligence. We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The content on the camelcards.com website is owned and protected by Camel Cards and third party copyrights. Unless you have permission directly from Camel Cards, you are unauthorised to use, copy or distribute information including but not limited to pictures, text, videos, illustrations and designs from the camelcards.com website.

Accessing our website and its content

The website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There may be occasions when the site is unavailable for which we cannot be held responsible.

Camel Cards Competitions

Everyone loves a good competition and that is why we will occasionally run them and hope that you win some great prizes. However, as you know there has to be some rules alongside the competitions. These cover competitions on our website, social sites such as Facebook and our partner sites.

  • Competitions cannot be entered by anyone who is an employee of Camel Cards or is in any way associated with the company.
  • Sometimes there will be eligibility requirements such as a valid visa. Remember to check these for each competition.
  • All information you provide us must be true and Camel Cards reserves the right to confirm information provided by the entrant.
  • For us to send you a prize, you must make sure that your address is correct. Competitions will be open to those who are residents of the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise stated. By entering the competition, you must be in a country where you are not breaching laws and Camel Cards reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw an entry.
  • By entering a competition, which is hosted by Camel Cards, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or if under 18 years old, you have your parents or guardians consent.


When entering a competition, Camel Cards will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss or disappointment experienced by entering the competition. Camel Cards is also not responsible for any technical errors including but not limited to servers, telephone networks or computers.

Data Protection and Publicity from the competitions

If you were not lucky enough to win a competition, you have the right to find out who did. Within three months of the competition closing date, you can write to us enclosing a stamped address envelope requesting the winners name and winning entry. If you are a lucky winner, we may ask you to take part in various promotional activities and use your name, photographs or recordings publicly without additional payment or permission.

Offers policy

In relation to any offers that Camel Cards may make through the website, you should be aware that;

  • No cash substitutes will be made
  • No offer can be backdated to orders that were placed prior to offer start
  • Camel Cards reserves the right to cancel or amend any offer at any time
  • We are not responsible for any technical problems which may mean that you cannot enter a promotional offer
  • The decision of Camel Cards is final
